Maintain the books and records of the company leading to a general ledger and trial balance using primary documents provided by the client;

Review of the carrying value of the investments based on the client’s estimate;

Check the movements in inter-company accounts and loans;

Adjust trial balance with final closing entries (depreciation, accruals, loan interest computation, year-end revaluation, computation of tax accruals, etc…);

Preparation of the statutory financial statements according to LuxGAAP (Luxembourg Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), including balance sheet, profit and loss account and notes to the accounts;

Preparation of periodic reporting on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly basis;

Submit the financial statements for review and comments from client and after approval, submission for filing;

Technical support and assistance to the auditors of the company/group;

Accounting support for general matters.
